Stick to the Manual

For the word of the Lord is right; and all his works are done in truth. He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. (Psalm 33:4-5)
The world constantly tries to change laws against God’s way and His rule book. They bend the truth and keep campaigning to redefine right and wrong. But no matter what the world does, the truth stays the same. God is the Creator, the Manufacturer, and He wrote the operating system that runs the world. Everything He does is true, even if politicians say otherwise.
Truth isn’t that complicated. Sin is simply choosing to follow your own way instead of God's. Sin is just doing things your way rather than His. But you can’t dismiss the truth as if it were just a suggestion.
I remember building a toy for one of my children for Christmas; the instruction list read like an engineer had written it, and I don’t read “engineer.” I tried to do it my way, but I ended up with a few pieces missing in the end. That’s what happens when you don’t read or follow the manual God gave us for life. You either follow God’s design or you end up with leftover pieces and a society falling apart.
The world wants to tell you that men can be women, that children don’t need fathers, and that “identity” is whatever you feel like. It’s not just rebellion; it’s a complete rejection of the Manufacturer’s design for our lives.
The conclusion of this Psalm states that the earth is full of God’s goodness. However, you will only experience that goodness if you stay aligned with His Word. His judgment is good, His boundaries are good, and His design for everything is good. God isn’t outdated; He remains unchanging and eternally relevant. So, stick to the Book and follow it.
Practical Application
Don’t let fear or political correctness keep you from standing up for what God calls right. You can say it in love, but you must speak. Stand for truth. Stand for God’s Word.
Psalm 11:7; Psalm 119:64
