Data Processing Supervisor
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, data processing and production of data entry for WOF Southfield and associated satellite locations, Keith Butler Ministries and MiChelle Ferguson Ministries. Maintain the donor repositories and compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Track, organize, and distribute incoming work to team.
-
Reconcile/balance service contributions to bank deposits.
-
Track data integrity issues and assist DP Team and Quality Control with process resolution.
-
Respond to team questions as it pertains to data entry standards and processes.
-
Maintain team/employee relations.
-
Manage team payroll and maintain PTO records.
-
Interface with multiple levels of leadership as required to meet specific reporting requests.
-
Evaluate and conduct Performance Reviews.
-
Handle annual audit requests.
-
Interface with satellite staff to track and manage incoming work and discrepancies.
-
Provide donation phone support.
-
Maintain exemplary relationships with church donors; satellite Pastors, and supporting administrative team.

Investigate contributor inquiries and concerns with check, credit card, text, and/or online donations and follow-through with resolution.

Manage jointly with QA the production of mid and year-end statements.

Assist Director of IT with special projects as required.

Prepare source documents for Data Retention.

Document, implement, and manage departmental change requirements.

Experienced Graphic Designer for Creative
Creative Services is Hiring! Graphic Designer must have 3-5 years minimum experience in a working, graphic design environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes in the following:

Designer must be very proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Experience with conceptualization and layout of various publications with the ability to start and see the project(s) through to completion. Examples of these projects include postcards, brochures, newsletters, magazines, and book publications.

Must be organized and able to manage multiple deadlines in a timely fashion.

Must be able to communicate with our vendors using the appropriate design and production terminology to bring our various jobs to completion for our ministry departments.

Full-Time Assistant Director of Information Technology (“IT”)
Job Summary:
The Assistant Director of Information Technology (“Assistant Director”) assists the Director of Information Technology in managing, administering, planning, and coordinating information technology initiatives, programs, and policies. Provide oversight/leadership for the daily operations of the Department of Information Technology, as assigned, and acts on behalf of the Director in the Director’s absence. Within the scope of this role, the Assistant Director works collaboratively with the Director to coordinate the training and management of the departments under its authority (Helpdesk, Quality Control, and Data Processing).
Essential Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in information technology and business analyst technology and processes with proven successes

Practical application and experience in current technologies, hardware, and products used industry
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Consults with Director and senior management to understand their business processes and provide technology and business solutions to meet their needs.

Coordinates and provide cybersecurity awareness training to staff to help bolster our first line of defense.

Provide technical support and training to staff in computer operations.
-
Works with Director and senior management to reduce our data storage footprint to reduce risks.
-
Works in alignment and collaboration with the Director of Information Technology in providing leadership, direction, and guidance to staff and managing operational activities to achieve the department’s long and short-range goals and business objectives.

Assists, improves and/or collaborates with the team to improve technical efficiencies and increase operational effectiveness within departments, locations, vertical strategies, special projects, etc.

In alignment and collaboration with the Director of IT, has a key role regarding input in performance reviews, performance plans, and other administrative tasks.

Significant contributor and provides input to Director of IT on strategy regarding deploying technology solutions in applications and infrastructure (e.g., software implementation, communications and network, data center, server platforms, hardware standards, etc.).

Provides hands-on input, support and supporting research documentation to the Director of IT for budget planning documentation.

Provides hands-on input, support and supporting research documentation to the Director of IT regarding departmental processes (standardization where it can be realized), best practices, lessons learned, continuity of operations procedures, and IT forecasting development.

Provides hands-on input/assistance with systems, technology and software installation or upgrades.

Remains current with technology products and vendor evolution to position the organization for future technology investments
Beneficial Skills and Experience:

Worked in an IT management environment within a medium to large business or non-profit environment

Hardware, Software skills and extensive experience: MS Office 2010 -MS Office 365, Windows XP, 7/10 /11, Google Workspace, Apple related products and support (e.g., iPhones, iPads, Macs), Adobe products/services, Donor or Contribution Relationship Management Systems, Electronic Payments, Learning/Education Management Systems, Phone systems, Video Conferencing, hardware configuration, software function and compatibility, Cloud services, CRM systems
