  • Assistant Financial Controller

    Works with the Financial Controller to direct the accounting activities of the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Prepare monthly financials statements.
    • Maintains the general ledger as well as indirect responsibility for all sub-ledgers.
    • Timely completion of all accounting procedures to accomplish general accounting objectives.
    • Compliance with accounting requirements to include but not limited to meeting scheduled report dates, special requests for financial information and adherence to accounting practices and policies.
    • Assists Financial Controller with coordinating activities of external auditor including preparing account reconciliations, preparing materials
    • Prepares reports by regulatory agencies, and federal, state and local tax returns as directed by the Director of Administration.


    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to work well in a Team environment. All applicants are required to take a test.

    Education and/or Experience:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, extensive general ledger capabilities, and a minimum of five year experience as Accounting Manager.
    • Demonstrated experience in all phases of accounting and supervisory responsibility for at least 3 staff.
    • Experience in computer accounting with additional experience using personal computer software, with a knowing knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet analysis software.
    • CPA and/or MBA preferred.
    • Extensive intercompany (inter-fund) transaction experience.
  • Associate Producer / Video Editor

    Produce and edit creative broadcast programming and video content for internal and external ministry use to assist in spreading The Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Degree in Video Production or 4 years minimum equivalent on the job experience
    • Works in close association with the producer to develop program ideas and concepts
    • Ability to multi task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
    • Ability to resolve issues and troubleshoot in a production environment
    • Excellent leadership and supervising skills
    • Ability to come up with innovative and creative ideas
    • Should possess excellent knowledge on the technical aspects involved in the production and should be able to operate different types of production equipment
    • Excellent communication skills are crucial while interacting with the Superiors, Co-workers, Volunteers, and Contractors.
    • Candidate should have an eye for detail with excellent time management and organizational skills to get projects completed on time.
    • Have a good sense of visual composition, perspective and movement
    • Combine creativity with technical skills
    • Be able to collaborate and work as part of a team
    • Knowledgeable of Social Media formats and trends
    • Knowledgeable of file sharing platforms like Dropbox, Wetransfer, etc.
    • Must be proficient in Adobe Premier Pro 2017
    • Must be proficient in Pro Presenter
    • Proficiency in After Effects a plus
    • Proficiency in Photoshop a plus
    • Knowledgeable of formatting and compression options for TV, Web, & Video
    • Ability to film, direct and edit creative, cutting edge videos and produce from concept to completion
    • Proficient on Mac & PC
    • Writing & Editing Scripts
    • Encoding/Transcoding
    • Off-site/Remote Production
    • Ensure equipment is maintained, repaired, and functioning properly
    • Reports to TV Producer

  • Help Desk Analyst

    Responds to questions and requests for assistance with the church's Windows and Apple based computer hardware and systems. Participates in a rotational schedule to provide IT related support for church services. Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves problems with the goal of eliminating recurrences. Coordinates with other Information Technology areas to resolve problems as needed.

    1. Problem analysis and resolution


      • Logs all help desk calls or email requests into Problem Reporting System and updates problem profiles.
      • Analyzes and resolves problems with a goal of 90% First Call Resolution.
      • Supports at a minimum: Microsoft Office, Windows 7, Standard Desktops, Password Administration, Hardware Diagnostics, and Web technology.
      • Escalates aged or unresolved problems to IT Management for awareness/action.
      • Reviews Problem Reporting System and generates weekly status reports.
      • Knowledge of Track-It, helpdesk software, a plus
    2. Problem Prevention (when time permits)


      • Investigates causes, tests solutions, and puts solutions in place to reduce calls to the help desk.
      • Fixes causes, not just applies temporary solutions, with goal of eliminating recurring problems.
      • Promotes effective use of technology.
      • Assists with IT projects, as time permits
    3. Customer Service


      • Commitment to excellent customer service. Promote professional help desk image to internal and external customers.
      • Understanding help desk priorities / objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.
      • Previous experience in Help Desk / Customer Support a plus.
    4. Communication


      • Keeps peers and customers informed of problem status, delays, and/or anything new in the environment.
      • Keeps customers and management informed of global problems, scheduled downtime or anything that affects the computing environment.
    5. Training


      • Keeps current on technology used in the environment supported.
      • Takes training that continues to develop interpersonal skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities:


    • College degree or related IT experience
    • Demonstrate analytical skills and ability to learn quickly
    • Detail-oriented, motivated to produce quality results
    • Capable of working independently or as part of a team
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities with minimal supervision
