Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:37-39)

The journey of being a conqueror is not without its challenges. Don’t allow anyone to convince you that God promised a life without trials and tribulations. In fact, Jesus Himself told His disciples that in this world they will have trouble. What sets us apart from the rest of the world is that Jesus also promised us victory during our trials.
As strong Christians, we are called to endure the attacks of the enemy. But we do not suffer alone, Jesus promised to never leave us nor forsake us, even amidst the most difficult moments.
We must stand firm in our faith. We must stand firm during persecution, even in the face of potential death if necessary for the cause of Christ and the increase of the Kingdom.
When troubles come, we can have the confidence that we are more than conquerors through Christ who loved us.
This confidence and hope during trials sets us apart as Christians. We have a hope that the world cannot understand. We have a peace that passes all understanding. We have a joy that can never be taken away from us.
So, no matter what comes our way, we can stand firm in the love of God. We can hold on to the promise that we are more than conquerors through Christ who loved us. So let us stand firm and endure the challenges of this life with joy and hope, knowing that our victory is secure in Him.
Practical Application
When problems and difficulty show up, choose to focus on His love and hold on to the hope that you are more than a conqueror through Christ, knowing that nothing can defeat you. Take time this week to share this truth with others who may be going through their own struggles, pointing them to the hope and security found in the unbreakable love of God.
