Following God’s System

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. (John 3:3-6)
Jesus did not say, “Unless a man knows enough” or “Unless a man has been studying hard.” He said, “Unless he is born again.” You can’t mentally ascend to live the Kingdom life or gain true revelation knowledge. In fact, the Greek word for “see” here is eido, which means to understand, perceive, and grasp. You can’t grasp, understand, or even perceive what is happening in the Kingdom of God unless you’ve been reborn into God’s Kingdom reality. It’s not about knowing enough religion; it’s about regeneration.
This is why unbelievers sometimes attack Kingdom people because they cannot understand the system we operate under. We operate by faith, not by sight. We pray for our enemies instead of attacking them. To the world, this might seem like nonsense, but to the Kingdom, it's just standard operating procedure.
Jesus explained in John 3 that a person must be born of water and the Spirit. The water is not just a symbol of baptism; it also represents the Word of God. You must spend time in the Word if you want to operate according to God’s Kingdom system. It’s not about behavior modification; it’s about complete identity transformation.
Natural birth makes you human, but spiritual birthing is what makes you holy. When you are born again, you start to see things as God sees them, walk in power every day, and operate according to Kingdom standards, and not the ways of the world.
Practical Application
You weren’t born again to blend in. The world around you may degrade itself with gossip, greed, lust, and call it normal. But you’re not normal, you’re reborn. Don’t fall into living life the way they do. Be willing to stand out and follow God’s Operating System.
