Experienced Graphic Designer for Creative

Creative Services is Hiring! Graphic Designer must have 3-5 years minimum experience in a working, graphic design environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes in the following:

  • Designer must be very proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Experience with conceptualization and layout of various publications with the ability to start and see the project(s) through to completion. Examples of these projects include postcards, brochures, newsletters, magazines, and book publications.

  • Must be organized and able to manage multiple deadlines in a timely fashion.

  • Must be able to communicate with our vendors using the appropriate design and production terminology to bring our various jobs to completion for our ministry departments. 

  • Should possess good grammatical skills

  • Must be a team player and able to follow directions as given.

Part-Time IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Seeking a part-time Help Desk/IT Technician to join our Information Technology team. This person will work in collaboration with our Help Desk team, providing first and second-tier support for the efficient resolution of end-user-related incidents, service requests, and issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-tier support as well as escalation point for requests and incidents

  • Resolve and document end-user related incidents, service requests, and update accordingly, the requests management tool (i.e., Track-It, Monday.com), including time spent

  • Manage and triage multiple incoming priorities effectively by understanding customer needs to identify potential problems and escalate to management, if needed, for resolution

  • Follow-up with clients and/or internal users on status of open tickets

  • Software installs (moves, adds, changes), PCs, network printers and other computing devices

Job Requirements:

  • Experience of at least 2 years in a second-tier help desk hands-on, fast paced environment

  • Ability to work well and maintain professionalism under pressure, when working on multiple requests

  • Ability to work independently on a project/task from start to finish, with minimal supervision

  • Timely delivery and modification of metadata to mp3/4 files to media team for distribution 

  • Experience using ticket tracking software such as, Track-It, Monday.com. or similar tools, etc.

  • Ability to navigate and/or resolve application issues such as MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom, MP3/4 applications, iTunes, etc.

  • Experience troubleshooting mobile device issues for end user (iPhone and Android)

  • PC and Mac experience, preferable but not essential to have both

  • Experience in working with team members to accomplish common goals

  • Organized and thorough, always delivering on promises made

  • Must be available to work some weekends

Required Technical Skills:

  • Windows 7, 10

  • Mac OS Mojave, Big Sur, desired

  • Microsoft software products

  • Adobe software products

  • iTunes or similar mp3/4 modification products

  • Connecting to network resources in a Client/Server environment

  • Ability to work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware related issues

  • Excellent communication skills
