Full-time Marketing Director

The Marketing Director leads the entire creative communications process, including brand strategy, marketing, television outreach, social media, content management, communication environments and overall brand experience. They are committed to developing an empowered innovative creative culture, by cultivating team members and leaders.


  • Develop and implement a ministry-wide communication plan that advances WOFICC ministries and reflects our vision/mission.

  • Develop, implement and optimize all marketing, multimedia strategies, and campaigns to fulfill the ministry mission. Provide data analysis and media recommendations to achieve reach, goal and conversion goals.

  • Establish brand and messaging guidelines to ensure quality and consistency when implemented across all departments, activities, and events.

  • Lead in the area of communication by setting the strategy, creative vision, project management standards, and measures of marketing/communication initiatives and branding.

  • Strengthen various ministries by developing marketing/communication plans specific to their audiences.

  • Cultivate, lead and manage a Marketing/Communication Team of Staff and volunteers to help implement our communications strategy.

  • Partner and collaborate with Creative and Worship Arts Directors to design and implement Marketing/Communications strategies and projects

  • Plan and deploy digital web activities such as website, online, email, marketing and social media campaigns.

  • Engage actively in professional development to remain current in best practices related to ministry communications, multimedia platforms (television, radio, etc.), emerging social media, and effective marketing and advertising strategies.

  • Lead professional development planning for department staff members to ensure excellence in program delivery, increased knowledge and skills.

  • Manage department budget to maximize the effectiveness of all WOFICC Marketing/Communications services.

  • Actively collaborate as a member of the Board of Directors at WOFICC to achieve ministry goals and missions.

  • Overseeing the execution of all creative marketing efforts and ensuring they are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule.

Knowledge and Skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Masters preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in professional marketing

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience leading teams

  • Aptitude in strategic planning, project management, and team development

  • Has led teams to successfully develop and launch marketing strategies for integrated multimedia platforms

  • Proficient in all major social media platforms

  • Demonstrated capability to grow engagement on multimedia platforms

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent people skills, with experience collaboration in a multidisciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team

  • Problem solving skills

Full-time Graphic Design/Social Media

The ideal candidate will work for Word of faith International Christian Center, Worship Arts Department. You will report to the Worship Arts Director.

We are looking for a candidate who will gather metrics on page/s performance, engagement, and followers, set goals, focuses on branding and brand awareness, create posting schedules, curate content that is perfectly attuned to the image and tone of Word of Faith International, optimize content for search engines, design advertising campaigns, select posts to boost, run ads, interact with followers.

In addition, the candidate will provide quality graphic design solutions for all of our social media platforms using graphics and videos.


  • Posting content for our events and church functions both locally and internationally.

  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content for all platforms and ads.

  • Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.

  • Collaborate with other teams, like corporate marketing, public relations, and site managers to ensure brand consistency.

  • Develop and implement an optimal posting schedule, taking into consideration metrics and customer engagement.

  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

  • Serve as a key and creative resource for multiple functional areas across the organization

  • Produce final designing solutions such as banners, logos, interfaces, etc.

  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.

  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.

  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software like Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Collaborate with the team members to launch designing projects.

  • Take photos and videos upon request.

  • Manage our volunteer team and schedule tasks to the volunteers during our church services.

  • Attend weekly meetings 


Qualifications for Social Media Coordinator/Graphic Designer

  • Degree level of education

  • Photography and Videography experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design

  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

  • Excellent Knowledge of Adobe suite, Wix, Hootsuite, Social media strategies, creating ads

  • Excellent eye for detail

  • Hands on experience in content creation, tracking, and management

  • Excellent skills in the following areas:

  • Copywriting

  • Communication

  • Analysis

  • Multitasking

  • Strong Analytical Skills

  • Excellent eye for detail

Working hours will be a 40 hour week which includes Sundays between 10am-2pm
