What is the Roommate Policy?
If all roommates have not paid in full by the deadline, those who have registered will be responsible for paying the difference to ensure the room is fully paid for. Please make sure all roommates are aware of this policy and that payments are made in a timely manner to avoid any inconveniences or additional charges. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
What is the Room Registration Policy?
The person submitting the registration agrees to register all occupants of the room together and accepts full responsibility for all payments associated with the registration. This includes the initial deposit and the remaining balance for every person included in the room reservation.
Please note that all individuals included on this form will be assigned to the same room and must select and use the same form of transportation for the trip. Mixing rooms or transportation selections within the same registration is not permitted.
What is the Refund Policy?
The $50 registration fee is non-refundable. Balance payments are refundable until June 17th. After June 16th, no refunds will be issued as all payments are considered final. To request a refund, please email us at events@woficc.com
Is there a deadline to sign up?
The registration deadline is June 17th, or until all spots are filled.
How much luggage can I bring?
One piece of luggage per/person along with a carry-on backpack/tote
Can I bring snacks on the bus?
Yes, but everything you bring must fit in your own space.
Will the bus stop for food and/or bathroom breaks?
No, but you are free to bring snacks and there is a bathroom on the bus.
Will we stay together as a group or split up?
We will arrive together as a group; however, participants are free to explore the exhibits and attractions at their own leisure.
Is there a group chat or way to stay updated during the trip?
Yes, at registration if you opted to receive text messages about this event you will receive reminders and updates leading up to and throughout the trip.
Are Scooters, wheelchairs and strollers available?
Yes, both locations offer a variety of options ranging from $12 to $43 on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can we bring our own scooter, wheelchair or stroller?
Yes, due to limited space, only single and in-line double strollers are allowed inside the museum.
Is there a parking fee?
Yes, $15 for each location.
How long is the bus ride?
Approximately 5 hours.
Will I receive the park/attraction tickets before arriving to the place?
No, tickets will be distributed when we arrive to each location.
I don’t have a roommate…will I be assigned to one?
No, Participants are responsible for selecting and confirming their own roommates when registering. Word of Faith will not assign roommates.
Christian Code of Conduct
What is the Christian Code of Conduct?
Christian Code of Conduct – Word of Faith Encounters the Ark Trip
As representatives of Word of Faith International Christian Center, all participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects Christian character, respect for others, and honor to God throughout the duration of the trip.
Participants agree to the following guidelines:
1. Christ-Centered Behavior
All participants should demonstrate Christ-like attitudes in speech and actions, showing kindness, patience, respect, and consideration toward fellow travelers, trip leaders, and the public.
2. Respect for Others
Treat all participants, staff, and facility personnel with courtesy and respect. Harassment, bullying, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
3. Follow Trip Leadership
Participants are expected to follow the instructions and guidance of trip leaders and staff at all times to ensure the safety, organization, and success of the trip.
4. Punctuality and Group Cooperation
Participants must follow the established schedule and arrive on time for departures, activities, and designated meeting points so the group can travel and participate together smoothly.
5. Respect for Facilities and Property
Participants should respect all hotels, buses, venues, and attractions we visit, including the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Any damage to property may result in personal responsibility for repair or replacement.
6. Safety and Responsibility
Participants should act responsibly and avoid any behavior that could endanger themselves or others. All safety guidelines provided by trip leaders and venue staff must be followed.
7. Appropriate Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain behavior consistent with Christian values. The use of illegal substances, alcohol abuse, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by trip leaders is prohibited.
8. Compliance with Guidelines
Trip leaders reserve the right to address any behavior that disrupts the experience or safety of the group. Failure to comply with this code of conduct may result in removal from certain activities or, if necessary, dismissal from the trip.
By participating in this trip, all individuals agree to uphold this Christian Code of Conduct and help create a safe, respectful, and faith-filled experience for everyone involved.
