I Can Do This

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. (Philippians 4:13)

The word "can't" should be entirely stripped from the Christian's vocabulary. Honestly, saying that you can't do something is a lie. Philippians 4:13 says that you can do all things through the Anointed One and His Anointing. So, you have to eliminate can’t from your speech if you are going to agree with God's Word.

You have the Anointing in your life. The Anointing isn't just a feeling or a power; the Anointing is a person. Who is the Anointing? The Holy Ghost.

Philippians 4:13 says that you are strengthened to be content in any situation no matter how dire or difficult it seems. The word strengthened in Greek is endunamoo and means empowered and enabled.

You are empowered to stand strong when the rest of the world is falling apart.

You are enabled to stand in faith when the rest of the world is in doubt and disbelief.

You are endued with power from the Anointing and by the Anointed One. So, don’t ever look at yourself as weak. If you aren’t impressed at the power that God has bestowed upon you, you need to look at this verse again.

Stop trying to make it. You are empowered and enabled to have contented confidence in the ability that is flowing through you as a result of the miraculous exchange of God's power for your weakness.

Practical Application – Anytime you feel overwhelmed, concerned, or anxious, say out loud, “I am anointed to do this!” Remind yourself that you can do all things through the Anointing.

Ephesians 1:7; Ephesians 1:13
